I got this to have an activity for when my grandkids come over. It was a good choice! I found myself wanting to do both sides myself and to be creative. The swirl side activity can be finished just a little too soon. I wanted more and didn't want it to be over (bigger board). There aren't as many creative twists and turns you can make on the swirl side as you can on the opposite side with the organized rows. This is the sort of activity that a 2 year old and a 12 year old can use to create; the brain activity is allowed to get more and more organized with a toy like this, depending on age. The flex and feel of the parts were calming. I did see a better deal later for 2 boards and only about $1.00 more; why the 4 stars.

This Sensory Activity Board is a fantastic quiet-time activity! One side features a maze-like picture that keeps little hands busy, while the other side offers a grid where you can create your own designs or interact with different textures. It’s the perfect sensory fidget toy for children who enjoy a hands on play.

This fidget set contains a rectangular silicone mat that is two-sided. One side has undulating channels in a wave pattern. The other has pegs in a grid pattern. You use the silicone noodles to fill the channels, or to create different shapes/designs on the peg side. It is very satisfying to press the noodles into place, and the multiple colors offers another dimension/way to be creative. I wish there were some longer noodles to make more intricate patterns. I like that the set includes a carrying bag, although it was slightly too small for the may board, as it could not be fully cinched closed. Great for kids.

Looked for kids activities to keep them occupied while waiting like at an appt or on the airplane. Wanted an alternative to a tablet. These are great kept them busy for quite a while.

I kept seeing these on Amazon and figured I would try them out. They were an absolute hit. I definitely enjoyed disembling it more than putting it together but it was fun making different shapes on both sides. I think this will be a great addition to sensory kits for cars and schools. My 6 and 9 year old also had a lot of fun making different designs as well.

Got this gadget for my son with ADHD. The draw was that it's very unusual and we like trying new things. The downside to this gadget is that the silicon strings get everywhere, easily lost. Pros are that it's portable, doesn't break and you can customize it to make whatever you want. My son really enjoys it and says it's a great fidget option!
