Ended up painting it and the chandelier we already had. Directions would have helped so I didn't mess the original screws up. But overall 5 stars

This item had a long delivery and the tracking history only ever showed minimal information. However, that said, the item arrived earlier than expected and was exactly what I ordered. It was well packaged and is the exact color I ordered (which was important as I am matching to a chandelier I currently own). It appears well constructed and is prettier than many other canopies which were too modern for my design. Cannot wait to have it installed!

Nice looking. Needed to cover a bare wire - hole in the ceiling. Just wanted a temporary fix. The new owners can hang a ceiling fixture on it.

It's a lifesaver! Searched my local Big box retailers near me and they didn't carry anything like this. This Bronze colored chandelier base is just what I was looking for. Item arrived in good condition, no box or instructions. Technically, I didn't need them as I do this for a living but it's something you look for when purchasing this type of item. The package brought everything you need to complete the task of mounting the chandelier. However, I had to buy additional hardware because the home was more dated then newer homes. Some hardware didn't fit correctly, It wasn't a big deal. I included pictures to reflect how it goes together, hopefully this will facilitate it for other diyers interested in approaching projects of this category. This base matched perfectly, seems well made and installed it in under half an hour and my customer was thrilled. Another job well done. I purchased this item with my own funds. I was not provided this part by the vendor nor did I receive a discount. Before I forget, remember turn off the circuit breaker to the room/chandelier before moving forward with install. Hope this helps someone.
