Don't buy these unless you want to make your own template. No Template available... called up Brady support because I thought I was just missing it.... Nope... No template... They have a "Print Alignment" document that doesn't actually align to this layout that they recommend downloading and using a PDF editor (not reader, the spaces are not fillable by default) to fill out.
