Seems to work good except for a 2010 Subaru Forester that I was doing brakes on. I had to kind of cricket sideways on that vehicle but it did actually work. Seems to fit a wide variety of different vehicles and makes it easier to return your caliper before putting your new pads on. It slipped a little bit when I had it crooked on the Subaru that wouldn't fit but I did get it to work. Pretty straightforward and easy to use and seems like a decent value for your money.

I haven't had a chance to actually use this yet, but with 30 plus years of doing breaks I can tell this is gonna work awesome, or when I put real pressure on it, it's gonna snap. However with saying that, I feel it's gonna work perfectly. It's a nice solid feel and looks very well made.

The Dual Piston Brake Caliper Compression Tool is a solid and effective tool for compressing dual-piston brake calipers. It’s well-built with a sturdy construction and aluminum handles, providing durability for repeated use in brake maintenance tasks.Using the tool is straightforward — the squeeze-handle design makes compressing the caliper pistons smooth and reduces hand strain compared to older twist-style tools. It’s compatible with most vehicles equipped with dual disc brakes, making it a versatile addition to any DIY mechanic or professional’s toolbox.Overall, this tool simplifies brake pad replacements, feels durable, and works as intended for most cars and light trucks. A reliable choice for brake maintenance.

First off I have to say these are definitely not just for dual piston calipers. As pictured they work perfectly on a single piston caliper (in this case from a Jeep XJ) if you offset them to the side. They DO still push the piston in evenly because you can center one of the drive rods over the center of the piston. The rod that drives the spreader forward is VERY secure in the sleeve so it wont cock sideways on you and cause it to bind or push the piston in crooked when used this way. I actually tried to by binding up the caliper on purpose! Now on to the tool! This thing is COMPLETELY made out of metal!! There isn't a spec of plastic on the thing! Not even the little disc on the back for pulling the tool back open! This caught me off guard as i assumed something would be plastic! The handle area is so well die cast that i honestly thought it WAS plastic so i took a razor knife to it. Under that thick grey powder coat was shiny aluminum! It is very beefy and is a tool that WILL last for a long time!If i had to make one complaint or suggestion it would be that the main drive rod that pushes the spreader body forward is not a hardened metal rod. While testing the caliper to see if it would bind up and cause damage when used on single piston calipers i REALLY reefed on the thing... Gave it the full squeezy beans!! The hardened "shoe" that moves the rod forward bit into the drive rod and left a small gouge in the rod. It hasn't caused any issues and it still works as it should. Worst case a small file could remove that little gouge IF it was an issue.

My brake piston compressor failed on the last wheel of a brake job I was doing. It was about 50/50 plastic and metal. I got this as a replacement and the first thing that you notice is the all steel construction and appears it was built for truck brakes. Overall this is a large tool nothing wrong with that but over kill on most car calipers. The tool functions much the same as a caulking gun, once set you squeeze the handle and it pushes the piston back in place. It is a simple tool that needs no batteries or an air supply and should last a couple lifetimes. I find it to be well built, and finished and works easily as it was intended only negative is it is large and takes a bit of room in the tool box.

This is a well-made tool, robust aluminum alloy body and thick steel, no plastic used here. The biggest advantage of this model is that allows to press single or dual piston calipers, as you can see on the picture where I compared with my single piston old tool this is wider and compress both pistons at the same time saving a lot of time and require much less effort. this tool will save you a lot of time on a brake job, the only disadvantage I could find is that is a little too bulky, will require more space to store it and might be difficult to set in cars with little space to work, but is the price to pay for having the wider pressing area. Overall, a really good tool.

I already owned a single piston tool, so this was a great addition to the tool collection. I must admit, I've never heard of Luniquz, but their tool works and feels every bit as solid as the name brand single piston one I own. The size of this tool ensures good piston coverage for the calipers on my trucks and the trigger handle fits nicely in my hands. The length of the trigger lever provides decent enough leverage to make pushing in dual pistons not too difficult. Overall, a good tool.
