I bought this adapter to give an old frame new life and it does the job.I had to knock off a star for lack of instructions and for having some of the cheapest hardware I've experienced on a bike part. These hex heads will strip out if you even look at them a little funny. Be very careful installing this adapter. Once installed it serves its purpose well but I don't know how much I trust it honestly.I'd search for a better solution even if it were more expensive if I were to do it again.
