Steps:
Step 1: Install a 9V (6F22) battery on the back of the tester. Step 2: After inserting the battery, press the POWER button to turn on, all analogue bars will be turned off and the buzzer will sound. Indicates that the product self-test has been successfully completed.Step 3: Press the DOT3, DOT4 and DOT5.1 buttons to change the type of brake fluid to be tested. Step 4: Insert the probe into the brake fluid. At this time, the number of analogue bars represents the water content in the liquid. When the water content exceeds 3%, the LCD backlight turns red and the buzzer warns that the brake fluid needs to be replaced. Step 5. Press the power switch to turn off the tester.
Replacement battery:
Display: The red backlight lights up with a beep. Solution: Replace with new batteries, recommended to use 9V alkaline batteries (batteries not included)
