This lever will also work on the Genuine RoughHouse, but is a slightly different style, so people might say you're weird. You'll need to purchase the matching lever to be less weird and un-lever coordinated. We say don't worry about it and let your freak flag fly!!! For the right hand disc brake lever, please use part number 0800-1122 .

This part is advertised as fitting a Roughhouse 50 scooter, it does not. This part is thicker than the original, you couldn't get this thing not to stick when applied with all the grease in the world.

It feels a little bit heavy dutier than the factory The factory stuff just seems like it's cheap ass metal as I was trying to install this helmet the damn bolt broke literally snapped. So I'm sure it's going to be better than factory

Worked fine. Even though I paid up a couple bucks for a factory part, I still had to drill out hole to accept the nut and bolt.

The wind tipped over my Genuine Buddy 170i on to the left side. Plus my GF dropped her 2009 Buddy on to its right side. End result I need right and left brake handles. Bought four of these handles (2 right, 2 left) so I would have spares for the future.Install was easy, we are back in business, and safe again. For a while I was riding with only one brake, on the hills of San Francisco >:-0These are good quality handles, fit and finish just like OEM. And I saved a load of cash by doing this myself. (Dealer probably would have charged $100 parts and labor. No thank you.)Bonus Tip: There's a YouTube video on how to remove and replace the left brake handle on the Buddy. (The left handle controls the rear brake. Your right handle controls the front brake.)Note: The rear brake on the Buddy is NOT a disc brake, it is a drum brake. The trick to replacing the rear brake handle is to first fully loosen the cable that runs from the rear brake drum assembly up to the left brake handle. This eases tension on the cable and makes it easier to remove the brake cable from the handle.Bonus Tip: I used a round Philips screwdriver to get the hole in the handle lined up with the bracket on the handlebar. I then put upward pressure on the cable tip so it would slide into the handle and bracket holes. (You will SEE what I'm talking about when doing the R & R. Also see the pics of this left brake handle. Notice the hole on the right end.)Anyway, check out YouTube for that video. R & R is about 30 minutes for someone inexperienced and not mechanical.

Fits perfectly on my 2015 roughhouse 50.My scooter unfortunately had a bit of a spill, which ended up snapping my oem left brake handle. Bought this and looked up online the replacement process. Very easy to replace and works like a charm. The only downside is that it has the ball end which is different from my oem handles, but I'm more concerned with being able to use both brakes.
