First thing to keep in mind is that the purpose of this thing is to slightly inconvenience and slow down a potential thief. I figure between something like this, and a couple of different ways of kill switching, it will annoy the casual thief enough to walk by for the next target. With this in mind, I do like this lock as it has a couple of nice touches: The light is neat. Also there is a small magnet on the main lock shaft that prevents this thing from rattling around against the housing. But the most important part, the lock, just feels very flimsy. I am hesitant to destroy mine but it feels like even with a basic screw driver I could easily destroy this thing without much effort. I'm not about to kick this lock while its on my car but messing with it you just don't get that feeling that it'll stand up to much force. For the price, and for annoying or enticing a potential thief to go on to another easier target, it'll do the job.

This security device is awful. It does not work. I've owned one similar to this but it actually worked. This item was poorly designed and is flat-out ineffective. If you wiggle it enough the device slips and falls out of place and then it's just pointless. Avoid this item. I do not recommend.

This was really easy to use. Came with well made keys ( I was worried they would send cheap ones that would snap off and leave me stranded). However it just didn't fit my Mazda CX-3. I'll have try one of the other models. Otherwise super easy to use.The only thing I'll say is that a thief won't know it's in there until they have already broken the window or broken in. That's the main deterrent of the wheel lock is that folks can see it before breaking in. However even wheel locks won't stop someone just breaking to steal your spare tire, stuff in the glove box, or that purse you left on the seat.
