Tried 15 of them and most did not heat, the ones that did took about 3-4 hours to give off any heat and barely warmed up when they did. I tried a few as I would any other heating pads, tried airing a few out, tried shaking them around in the air, hiked for several hours and nothing seemed to get them to work well. Definitely don't want to go camping or hiking in the cold expecting these to work and then just being cold the entire time.

It was with hesitation that I ordered 40 of these body warmers. SO pleased I did as they work just as described, giving relief to sore tense muscles caused by fibromyalgia.Other benefits for those who suffer with the cold as they do help to warm the body generally & can be removed from one area & put in another area as the heat lasts for many hours. MUST be put on an article of clothing NOT next to the skin as they do generate quite a good amount of heat. NOT to be used at night either.So all in all a great buy, well worth the outlay if needed often as buying in smaller amounts is more costly in the long run. There is a long date on them too , bought December 24 - expiry date Sept 2028.

Preis wert.Diese Wärmepflaster halten bei mir eine Nacht oder einen halben Tag und dafür habe ich sie gekauft.Mit einem Preis von unter 0,8€ pro Stück kann man sich wohl nicht beschweren, auch wenn teurere Pflaster vll etwas länger heizen.Wenn ich mir das Päckchen morgens vom Schlafanzug irgendwo anders hinklebe oder in die Hosentasche stecke merke ich, dass noch einige Stunden eine leichte Restwärme geliefert wird.Ich hatte bei dem gesamten Paket nur eines, welches bereits hart war. Die anderen sind auch nach 5 Monaten alle noch einsetzbar.Als chronischer Rückenpatient werden ich diese wohl nochmal kaufen.

These would not warm up without body heat. They say not to apply directly to the skin, but that was the only way they would get warm. Took a very long time as well. Weren’t right for our needs.

Fantastic! I especially love the sticky back, this allows me to stick it in my hat so it can press against my neck (cancer) in the PERFECT SPOT if it's a bit too warm, I can just put a square or 2 of toilet paper over it until the temp is just right! Ideal for people going through chronic pain localized in an area that is just a one or a few square inches.

I work on an expedition cruise ship as a guide in the Arctic and Antarctic and will regularly spend 3-5 hours at a time outside in freezing temperatures. On cold days I love to stick one of these to my lower back (to my base layer, not my skin!) before I go outside. I feel like having one in my core area helps my whole body feel warmer, and placing it on my back keeps my muscles looser when I'm tensing up from the cold. Usually one will last me all day if I keep it under another layer, they run out faster the more air they're exposed to. These are a simple and easy way to keep warmer in cold weather!

It’s not as if I have my finger on the pulse of this type of body warmers - but this is the brand I’ve bought a few times now, because they’ve worked for me many times, with only a very few that didn’t heat upthere’s an excellent brand I’ve used in Japan- it has a cartoon happy bunny-child wearing a backpack on the package and you can find them fairly easily; they’re very affordable and wearing one inside the back of your jeans and the back of your shirt (never directly against skin) will keep most people comfy in -10° C weatherthis product is the closest I’ve found to those - I recommend them to everybody - even one in your sleeping bag can keep you quite warm for a nice sleep - they rarely fail, but you should still carry a few extras with you just to be surethe price is quite good for this brand, they’re also very easy to open and they start warming within a few minutes after tearing off the layer that exposes the chemicals to airdon’t ever let them touch bare skin - always make sure there’s at least one layer of cloth in between them and youthey have zero smell and they usually last the full 8 hours - if you drive in winter conditions, I recommend keeping some in your car just in case you get stranded without a working heater

I'm on my 3rd order of these body warmers and they work much better than they say. I've been having them get, and stay warm for 10-14 hours. Not burning hot, but a good solid in your bones warm, and through a t-shirt on my belt line, they help keep my bad back from stopping me before I get started on cold day, I'm really from Florida so 50 Deg. and lower is cold to me. They stay in place very well and about the only thing that makes them fall off is if you sweat or get them wet. They do say right on the packaging not to put them directly on your skin, and they mean it, you will get blisters if you do it, so read the instructions and use them correctly, and you'll be loving the warm keeping you going.
