advertised as non-scratch but the set did not include rubber tips for the edges of the holders so the plate edge just rests on the metal. the adjustable feature is appreciated and it was easy to get a snug fit on different sized plates, i like everything about this type of plate holder, but really prefer when there's a bit of a cushion between them and the plates.

Easy to use. Strong and durable. I use them to display several items from square, round, oval, oblong and odd shaped. I recommend buying a multi size pack.

I bought these plate hangers to display some of my favorite decorative plates, and overall, they do a solid job. The kit comes with multiple sizes to fit plates ranging from 6"" to 12"", so I was able to use them for a variety of different plates I wanted to hang. The adjustable design is great because it holds the plates securely in place without worrying about them slipping out.The ""invisible"" design is a nice feature as well. Once the plates are hanging, the hangers pretty much disappear behind them, so it doesn’t take away from the beauty of the plates. It gives a clean, seamless look that’s perfect for displaying art or special pieces without the hangers being too obvious.That being said, the only issue I ran into was adjusting the spring to the right tension for some of my plates. It wasn’t difficult, but it did take a little time to get the hang of it, especially for the larger plates. Once it was set, though, they held everything tightly.
