These are nice flanges; this is the third style I've tried, and I think the soft edge might make them slightly more comfortable but it's nearly imperceptible. The most important feature in my opinion is the shape: these are oval with a shallow angle, making them SO much more comfortable than the first pair I tried.

This 2 pack of 24mm breast shields is designed to fit various Medela breast pump models. The flexible, food grade material has a 106° broad angle hole and aids in a good, comfortable fit during pumping. Easy to use, remove, and clean. Luxemum brand breast shields are a good, inexpensive alternative to name brand replacement parts.

My wife is always complaining about the constant washing and drying of pump parts, so I got her this extra set of flanges to give her a little wriggle room with keeping a set ready for whenever she needs to pump. These are 24mm size and they connect perfectly with the Medela Pump In Style pump. These are a big upgrade from the ones that come included with the pump as they’re a little bit wider and the soft silicone edging makes a huge difference in comfort and in preventing spills/leaks during pumping. My wife is happy with these.

These flanges are incredibly comfortable. They match Medela and Lanisoh pumps (electric and hand) and fit seamlessly in with the others. I may even venture to say I prefer these over the original flanges. The flexible outer edge makes a huge difference!

These seriously look and act just like Medela originals, but at a better price point. My husband accidentally washed my Medela parts on the bottom rack of the dishwasher and 1 of them fell though and partially melted. I was so bummed and was going to grab a replacement locally, but in checking the store app, I could only purchase a pair and they were pretty pricey. I took a chance on these and was thrilled with them. They seriously look and act just like the originals. I got an extra set for my SIL in her size as she was looking for a backup pair so she doesn’t have to wash and sterilize so quickly after every use.

These work with the Medela brand pump as promised, and were as-expected, with no manufacturing defects or issues. Honestly they're indistinguishable from the other off-brand I tried, PumpMom. The silicone edges are nice. Sometimes there's just no need whatsoever to go for name brands.
