BREMBO RCS19 BRAKE Mastercylinder w/ Folding Lever, 110.A263.10. The Brembo RCS19 Brake Master Cylinder allows the rider to choose between more power or more precision to best complement their riding style, track/street conditions and other brake components. The unique design of the RCS system offers the flexibility to change the brake lever ratio at the turn of a screw. The 20mm setting provides a more reactive braking response and the 18mm setting allows for better feel and modulation. Additionally, the Brembo lever features an adjustable thumb screw that can be customized to fit a range of riders’ hands. In the event of a crash the outer portion of the lever folds up and away to avoid damage. The patented master cylinder is constructed of forged aluminum and then CNC machined down to remove any excess weight. All of its components, including the piston, seals and pushrod, are the same as those used in MotoGP and WSBK.

Keep in mind two things. This comes with a double banjo bolt for direct brake lines, and minor modification may be required. In the case of my KTM RC8R, that meant rotating the the throttle cables down, and cutting the tube from the reservoir a bit shorter.Beautiful design, and more importantly solid build, performance, and lots of adjustability. You can adjust for more progressive brakes and get more feel, or you can adjust for more bite upfront. I chose the latter. Also you can adjust the throw of the lever. Mine is adjusted far enough out that I don't pinch my wring and pinky fingers even with the full length lever.Brakes smoother and more powerfully. Just today I got cut off and had to pop a stoppie. Never has that had to happen, good accidental test. So much feel, so easy to modulate. It's hard to explain, but you'll feel more in tune with your brakes subconsciously.I'm glad no rebuild kits were available for my OEM Brembo master cylinder, it forced me to upgrade and it was worth it.Make sure you buy the right master cylinder for your bike btw. I saw someone put an RCS19 on an R3 with stock calipers, that's overkill and wasted money.

Bought this to replace a failing master cylinder on my 2014 KTM 1290 Superduke. Had to use the Brembo reservoir kit, but kept the original bar clamp for the mirror mount. This kit installed and bled super easily. The brakes feel amazing now!

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a genuine Brembo master cylinder despite widespread counterfeiting. Nice upgrade for my track bike. As has been noted in many forum posts, you will need a new banjo bolt when mounting on an S1000RR.
