So, this wasn't the bolster recommended or used in my yoga class but I took a chance on it. I absolutely LOVE IT. The quality is noted. The material is thick. The bolster is firm but comfortable. I love the grey color as well. The cover comes off making it really easy to clean and it was shipped quickly! I use it as a multi purpose pillow when I read in bed or on the couch. Worth every penny!

This is a great quality product. The filling keeps its shape when lying on it. The cover is very soft and comes off easily for a quick wash if needed.

This is a very stable and fabulous bolster. It feels so wonderful for yoga practice that it is a challenge not to fall in love. I am a huge fan of buckwheat fill. The fill is natural and conforms in a beautiful way to the body

My only complaint is the metal zipper. This should really be a much softer zipper like a nylon string. I’ll replace to it doesn’t catch on the back of my knee.

Supportive and HEAVY like a weighted blanket. I'm not sure why light weight is part of the review system because that's the opposite of the point with this cushion. Great for restorative yoga, great to curl around in a chair to read a book. This cushion is not foldable but it also doesn't squish down at all, and there's no shifting around of the filling when you put your weight on it, as is the benefit of the buckwheat hull.Well constructed with a beautiful pattern.

It's amazingly versatile and lightweight - beautiful design - definitely gray and not a blue color. It's so durable - I used the bolster, the pranayama pillow, and the meditation pillow every day for 18 days on a dirty gym floor and they don't look worse for the wear. I'm so happy I invested in all three of the pilows, takes my practice to a whole new level. The material is super soft and the covers are washable. You can add more buckwheat if you want more density but I think they are perfect as is - so happy with my purchase. I might order the mattress because I'm so happy with the quality of these pillows.

This is perhaps my favorite purchase I have made on Amazon. I couldn't Bring myself to buy a bolster for years because they are so expensive and I only would use it for restorative/yin yoga. But oh my. How the wait was worth it. After getting it, I spent 3 hours in my yoga room trying different yin postures with it. I have used many bolsters over the years, hugger mugger, Manuka, you name it. But this one is not only way more beautiful, but more comfortable. It molds to my body, and as I stretched with wide legs and lay my upper body on it, it was beyond comfortable. I truly fell in love with it, like it brought me a lot of joy. The fabric is so soft, but it is also so supportive. Now I want to get the matching meditation cushion. My hugger mugger meditation cushion has always been just fine, but this brand is a whole other level of comfort. And beauty. It looks perfect in my yoga room or even laid across my couch. Thank you so much for a lovely product! Now i need to save for the meditation cushion!

My husband bought this for me for my birthday - it's fantastic. It's pretty enough to sit on our chaise lounge like an accent pillow (no need to find a place to store it) and it's firm enough to provide support as a yoga (or pregnancy) bolster! It's much heavier than a typical bolster (my second choice would be the Manduka ones) but the buckwheat fill does allow for the bolster to mold slightly to your body in a way the foam ones really don't. While it is on the pricier side, it's extremely well made, looks good, functions good and is a real treat to receive as a present!

Update: received replacement bolster very quickly. I am updating review to 5 stars due to good customer service and fast shipping. Upon close inspection of the replacement, there are no defects in the seams or insects apparent. I’m absolutely in love with this bolster and hope it withstands daily use. Exceptionally supportive filling with soft, intricate design on outer, removable cover. Main drawback is: buckwheat filling smells kinda weird but not overpowering when practicing/meditating with essential oil.Original review (one star)Received my yoga bolster today. Completely in love and had considered buying a yoga pillow, but now have buckwheat all over my carpet due to a hole at the seam in the inner lining. Very disappointing and frustrated with having paid so much for what I hope isn’t a poorly manufactured product. This is my first time trying this product line. I’m worried but hopeful that the replacement will not have the same problem and/or eventually develop it with its intended use.
