I have this on tap in my home bar now. It came out really nice. Looking forward to the weekend to have people over to give it a try. Kind of taste like Pilsner Urquell.

I'm an experienced brewer and followed the instructions to the letter. 7 days after setting up, still no bubbling or fermentation starting. Any ideas on why would be helpful but the yeast just doesn't seem to want to activate.

This seems like a good recipe. It has been brewing for close to 4 weeks. 2 weeks and primary and almost 2 weeks in a secondary. I do not have a lagering regrigerator and i really liked how it provided a yeast that would clean up after itself to mimic the process. I had a small taste at two weeks and the flavor profile was good. Going to keg it this weekend, and should get a good taste sometime next week. Very excited.
