This came in such a tiny box the size of the lid. The main part of the ottoman was collapsed flat. When you pop it up and put the floor into it, it takes its shape. It’s a pretty cool design to make it tiny for shipping but it is very flimsy. You really can’t store anything heavier than a blanket inside. It’s cute and a nice small size and I love the colors but this does NOT hold up to actually being used. Just moving it once or twice a week to vacuum has caused the leg to come off and when I went to screw it back in, it had actually torn through the flimsy bottom and could not be reattached. If this only lasted a couple months for me just sliding it around the floor to vacuum, it won’t last more than a week for anyone with kids. I wanted to like this so much but it’s a flimsy piece of junk. My old ottoman lasted over 15 years and was still sturdy - just had to toss because it had gotten grubby after so many years. I was really hoping for more than a couple months with this one! I’m past the Amazon return window. Tried to contact the company. The website has no way to call or even email them! This should only be bought for staging a house - not for actual use.

This is absolutely beautiful!! It is so soft especially the top which is durable enough to sit on. I had my husband sit on it to test and see how much weight it would hold. It was so easy to put together, you really don’t need the instructions at all but they are in there if you do. Everything you need came with the purchase. The functionality of it holds almost all my daughter baby dolls, she does have some bigger ones which wouldn’t fit but that is okay. It does seem to have a slight smell but I think once it’s aired out it will be fine. It does fold down amazingly if you need to move it. I do think for the value of the money it is pretty nice.My daughter loves it and said it super soft to sit or lay on. I would definitely recommend this item.

It arrived on time, it was exactly as shown, easy to assemble, very durable, it doesn't slide easy on carpet, but it depends on what you put in it. Lots of storage.
