The muffler guard arrived in a timely fashion. My one complaint is that it attaches to the mower above the muffler at three points, either by three bolts or two bolts and a screw. The item shipped contained an envelope with two hex bolts only. Where is the third bolt or screw?

Part number, while consolidated, does SORT of fit the applications it is designated for. The side that is retained by what should be 2 screws has to be bent to properly fit. The top hole is NOT properly and completely punched out to take a screw. Part is only provided with two screws, suggesting one on each side of the part. It will wobble and not sit properly. I had to drill out and then flatten edge to fit properly. SHOULD NOT have to rework a part. I contacted Briggs & Stratton directly and their answer was to contact the vendor/distributor for a replacement, NEVER addressing the defect problem on TWO parts so far. Parts are OLD stock with date codes of 2014 & 2015. In fact, the SECOND part I received was OLDER than the FIRST. (so much for inventory rotation). These parts are made in China-JUNK.
