Bright and well constructed, seems well designed to be waterproof. Magnetic switch so no openings to leak once you tighten the head on it's o-ring seal.I'm not a scuba diver but I appreciate that this flashlight won't quit in a rainstorm. It's adequately sealed for normal wet use, can't speak to underwater at pressure but I'm skeptical about how deep it would stay sealed - the ad says 50m range, not 50m depth.Can't give it the extra star for value, but it's not a bad value either.
