So this is not an EXACT drop in replacement for the Acer PH315-52-78VL OEM display panel. The original has a translucent panel in the back that allows the Acer Predator logo to light up when the screen is on, and this does not. How will other gamers know my l77t g8mer loyalty to the Acer brand?But seriously, aside from that, the screen dropped in like a champ and works perfectly. The original adhesive for the OEM screen can't be re-used, it's destroyed during removal of the old screen, so I just used some tiny squares of double-sided tape that I had on hand. The long nightmare of spilling coffee on my Acer screen is now over.
