The screen quit working within a month of installation. I have replaced many laptop and tablet screens, tested computer by connecting to HDMI so I know it is the screen. Packaged well but I will not be purchasing from them again.

it took about 2 hours and some trial and error to install the new screen, that's on my part. Make sure the connector is tight before you reinstall the screen, I had to peel off double sided adhesive tape and use mounting tape to re-mount it. give the computer a some time to connect, mine took about a minute to display on the newly installed screen.Asus wanted to charge me $300 and wait a month to fix it, this cost $50 and took 2 days to get here. Seller helped me verify the screen was compatible. Keep track of your screws and you'll be fine. theres a guide on youtube that walks you through every step. BE GENTLE!!

Accidently stepped on my laptop screen (I know why was it on the floor... Ugh.) Anyway, thankfully this installed fairly easily and worked.

Asus refused to sell me a screen without installing it themselves, so this was exactly what I needed to replace it myself. Packaging was robust & there were no dead pixels. A+
