This seems like a decent quality lock since it uses a disc style tumbler which is hard to pick without special tools. The problem is it can be opened with a shim almost faster than using the key and a shim can be made with a pop can. I wouldn't lock up anything important with this lock.

Warded locks like this are a joke to pop open with any roughly $8 warded pick set you can find online, however to the average Joe who needs to just keep a backyard shed or something of low value secured they do just fine and hold up well to the elements. Easy to use, decent enough at keeping intact through different forms of weather over the years, NOT recommended for securing items of value as they have next to zero security against anyone who puts in even half effort. As the saying goes "All a lock does is keep an honest person honest".
