Too much of a pain to try to install.

So hard to install! And once it is installed, my 9yr son could not get the belt in by myself. And when I helped him, it was very uncomfortable for him. Hits right where his manhood is. He couldn’t tolerate it and honestly, it seemed like in an accident it would do more harm than good, if you know what I mean. I ended up taking it out, which again was a nightmare to get out.

This is a great product for transitioning from 5 point harness to seat belt. I love it and the added piece of mind it gives me. Bonus- my kid thinks he super cool that he has it because most others seats dont

This really makes the transition from 5-point harness to shoulder belt much easier on the mind. I was hesitant to transition because it seems so dangerous after having them in 5 point for so long. But this device makes me feel so much better about the transition! No submarining worries either! I feel they are just as secure as before!

I am giving it a 5 stars because it did what it was supposed too but the britax pinnacle gives a horrible booster belt fit for 5 years whether this clip is used or not. I got my 5 year old checked as I felt the seat belt didn't fit him well in booster mode in his britax pinnacle and the carseat technician agreed, he got a dangerous belt fit which is disappointing as that seat wasnt cheap. We ended up having to get a graco turbo booster and now he fits great in booster mode.

This little device is AMAZING! We spend so much time correcting our 4 year old who thinks that he's being cheeky when he tries to slide down in his seat and get out of the seat belt. This accessory clip acts just like the clip on car seats and boosters with the 5 point harness system, but my son still gets to be a big boy and use a seat belt like mom and dad! Before we found this, we were starting to think about putting his harness back on his booster, but he is a little too tall to use it. With this device we get the best of both worlds! I am so happy that I found this!

This has been a wonderful addition to our Britax Pinnacle Combo booster. Once our daughter was in the appropriate height and weight to start using the cars seat belt, this gave us the extra safety we were looking for. Love Britax and always thinking ahead. When using accessory clip with the lap belt, it positions the lap belt over the thighs as it should be. In addition, it provides an extra anchor point that you don't get with other boosters that don't have the clip. This is a must accessory to have once you transition from the 5 point harness to the lap belt.

I have a britax booster that I purchased specifically because it had this feature. I feel much better with my kids using it, but I do have to make sure my daughter puts it on every time because she does not like it (hers is the old red version). I purchased this to add to a Graco Argos booster seat that we have been using for three years and wanted to finally be able to use a car seat with. This says it is compatible with many major brands, but it does not fit in my Graco. The metal piece at the bottom is larger than the metal piece on the clip it was supposed to replace. Neither my husband or I could make it fit through the hole. :(Bottom line: Very good product for safety reasons, just not sure what brands it actually works with other than britax.
