Ho comprato questo strumento per verificare il grado alcolico di alcuni vini fatti in casa. dopo aver avuti problemi con la misurazione scrivo al servizio clienti, di cui scrivo le risposte principali: "Il nostro rifrattometro ROBN-080 è per la vinificazione. Viene utilizzato per testare il contenuto di zucchero e il livello di concentrazione di alcol in volume nel succo d'uva." "Si prega di notare che il rifrattomero viene utilizzato principalmente per il vino fatto in casa. Utilizzato per testare il contenuto di zucchero e il livello di concentrazione di alcol durante la produzione del vino. Non è per il vino commerciale. Vi preghiamo di comunicarci l'effettivo e corretto livello di concentrazione alcolica del vino fatto in casa che avete testato" e quest'ultima PIU IMPORTANTE "Quando si testa il vino che è già fermentato, è necessario confrontare la lettura sul rifrattometro con il grafico nel file per scoprire il livello alcolico effettivo."ALLEGO LA TABELLA.a me hanno rimborsato perchè lo strumento aveva problemi con la misurazione.questo è un ottimo servizio clienti

My wife just started making wine and mead this fall. She usually asks me to help her read the hydrometer. This really helps to not have to take a large sample out of batch to do the reading. At least the initial one (inaccurate after start producing alcohol). Also, I'm hoping it will make a really good indicator of when to pick the grapes.

Shows commercially available alcohols (both 40% abv.) as ~13% when it should be over the maximum value. This trend also continues for alcohol content in the 4-6% abv. reading as ~1% even after calibration.
