The hat itself may very well be a good hat but being that it was shipped in a soft bag it was crushed and mangled during shipping. I tried to get it back to shape but it was horrible. Whoever shipped this hat and others that the review pointed out the same shipping flaw needs to think before shipping. This is a hat and while not overly expensive it still was not cheap either but hats are fragile. Ship the hats in a box large enough to keep it from getting crushed. Also find a way to keep it from tumbling in the box because of the soft material it will still get mangled. If this is how they treat the shipping of their hats as a practice then I would recommend finding another vendor to order from. If this is not how they all get shipped normally then find whoever is shipping them this way and educate them on shipping items like this.

Great hat & value! Bought one for our son for Christmas! Hat has a small band in back for slight adjustments-packaged carefully to avoid being “crushed”. Really happy with my purchase!

I was hesitant to order it at first, due to the experiences some people had with the condition the hat arrived in. Fortunately it arrived in excellent condition, so I assume the shipper or packers have learned. The design is simple but elegant. It has an adjustable strap and the material feels of good quality.

I've bought 4 different fedoras this past month, and this is the only one that truly stood out from the rest. The quality is awesome, size is perfect, and has that true classic old timey salesman fedora look to it that the previous 3 I purchased lacked. My only complaint with it is the packaging (no plastic skeleton or brim guard. Hat was just in a plastic bag, in a box.)Regardless, it showed up in perfect condition and is very much worthy of a 5* rating. Simply put, I LOVE this hat. Anybody shopping for a fedora on Amazon will want to check this one out!!

This is a cool hat at a great price. One note on fitability. At first I thought it was a tad too large. Then I discovered the adjustable band under the brim and it fits perfectly!

Hut entspricht der Beschreibung.Durch das Verpacken dieses nicht als packable beworbenen Hutes in einem Umschlag kam er deformiert an.Die Krone ließ sich leidlich richten.Die Krempe lässt sich hoffentlich noch mit Dampf in den ursprünglichen Zustand zurück versetzen. Hierzu fehlt mir allerdings jegliche Erfahrung.Hut 5 Sterne.Verpackung 0 Sterne!!!

I'll start by telling you I am a bit of a hat snob. Most all of my hats are expensive wool, rabbit and beaver felt hats. (Stetson, Mayser and the like.) I wanted a less expensive hat to wear to work that I didn't mind exposing to a dusty sometimes dirty warehouse environment. Caught this hat "on sale" so I jumped on it. Boy am I glad I did.Hat is right on the money size wise. Looks exactly as pictured an is very comfortable.The hat band is obvious fake leather but holds my fancy feather firmly in place. The wool felt is surprisingly nice. The hat is well structured while still soft to the touch. I've been in light rain several times with no adverse effects to the felt or the sizing. My customers like it a lot better than my dirty old ball cap.If your new to fedora style hats this is a great hat to start with. If you find you don't care for this style of hat your ony out a few bucks. It's best to test the waters of mens dress hats without spending the big bucks. Once you hear people tell you "you look great in that hat" you'll be hooked.This hat suprised me with its comfort and style. Quality stylish hat are making a comeback with young and old alike. Ladies, this includes you.Add a touch of class to your life.Put on a hat!

Ich habe den Bildern bei Google, Youtube und auch den Produktbildern hier bei Amazon vertraut und einen coolen Fedora mit gerader Krempe erwartet. In der Realität wirkt der Hut dann sehr mächtig und ähnelt, wie auch schon ein anderer Rezensent geschrieben hat, eher wie eine Art Cowboyhut. Das ist natürlich meine subjektive Meinung. Fakt ist aber, das Material ist relativ dünn und "labberig". Wahrscheinlich ist deshalb die Krempe auch nicht gerade, sondern gewellt und lässt sich auch nicht in Form bringen, vielleicht durch den Einsatz eines Bügeleisens o.ä., was ich allerdings nicht getestet habe.Der Form zuträglich war sicher auch nicht, das der Hut in einen viel zu kleinen Versandkarton gequetscht war.Das Hutband ist aus Plastik und wirkt billig, lässt sich aber leicht entfernen, da es nur an 4 Stellen punktuell mit dem Hut vernäht ist.Wen das alles nicht stört: Der Hut macht einen qualitativ guten Eindruck, ist sauber und ordentlich verarbeitet.Zur Passform, die hier ja ein großes Thema ist: Ich habe Größe L bestellt und einen Kopfumfang von 61 cm, und der Hut passt perfekt. 3,5 Sterne

I saw this Fedora in Park City, Utah while on vacation and it was the highest quality hat I've ever seen. I usually wear an XL, so I tried it on and it was HUGE. The salesperson said Brixton hats run large. I asked for the next smallest size (Large) and he said they were sold out.Long story, short: I wanted this hat so badly I ordered it online from Amazon. I saved five bucks and got the hat in 2-3 days. This Fedora is fantastic. The quality craftsmanship, fabric, and overall design are superb. It has a wider brim than expected, but that makes it all the more unique.I highly recommend this hat!
