I got a defective product. The oven rattles too much. It's supposed to be brand new. Any decent distributor of Cadco would honor a return and give you a replacement (no questions asked), except KaTom. Here is KaTom's response:"Hello, I apologize, we are not permitted to accept returns on used items. If the item is noisy please reach out to the manufacturer to see if may need to be repaired. It would be covered under warranty. Thank you, Mindy"If the item needs repair, it's because it's broken (defective). How can any decent distributor sell you a broken item and not honor a return. Once again, the oven is supposed to be "brand new". KaTom has completely lost all my trust as a distributor. Then, I learned that even if KaTom honored a return, I would still need to pay a 25% restocking fee plus pay another $120 (out of pocket) to ship the broken (defective) oven back to KaTom's warehouse (headquarters) in Kodak, Tennessee. This is a most horrible experience! What a nightmare! It was a big mistake buying this product from KaTom. I wish I had gotten it directly from Cadco or through Amazon. They would honor a return (no questions asked) on any defective product and pay for the return shipment.I'm located in California. Distributors around here don't mess around with these type of issues: defective items. What is wrong with the people in Tennessee. I'm sorry Tennessee, but you have really let me down. Never again!

This replaced an earlier model and the new is improved. Better controls, better fan, better vent, still well constructed. Only downside is it no longer has a broiling element. Does what it's designed for.

Not happy at all with this oven. I've tried all sorts of different things to try to make it bake correctly and I just can't get there. I've reduced the temperature and the time only to end up with items half baked. The force of the air destroys the ability of cakes to rise properly. You have to be careful with the things you bake because the air will force the items all over the cookie sheet. I've tried baking bread which ends up not being brown. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with this oven. I previously had a Waring which worked better than this oven but, alas, it quit working after two years. For the amount of money, this thing just doesn't do what it should. I'm not sure how these other reviewers are getting the great results, but I am not. Wish I had not wasted my money. By the way, it is extremely loud. So, if you like deformed cakes, bread that doesn't get brown, and cookies that are misshapen, go ahead and spend your hard earned money on this.

Bakes quickly, evenly, and fits nicely on the counter top. Easy to wipe clean. 3 standard 1/2 sheets slide in easily which makes baking large quantities of cookies very convenient. They came out beautifully every time!

It more than met my expectations. It has so much more quality than my other convection oven that I used in my restaurant. All of my kitchen staff is very happy that I bought this one. It did cost more than the previous one, but as the saying goes,"you get what you pay for".

Nice oven. Cooks very well, once you get used to the heating pattern. The only problem is that the gasket arrived with a nick in it in one location, and over the course of a year literally fells to multiple pieces. Replacement OEM gaskets did not look to be any better, so I had to use a different foam gasket.
