Like most reviewers confirm, the material used for this cover is bizarre and does not hold up to the outdoor elements well. I got 2.5 years from my cover until seems ripped and the paper like material pulled apart. Amazon should have a subscription discount and have a new one auto-shipped every two years lol until the manufacturer uses a better quality material. I’m using duct tape on all seams to see if I can salvage another winter from this one

This item is absolutely cheap and junk. You should be ashamed to sell it for $100. The heater, worth every penny. This, literally worth a penny. Returned quicker than I could type this review.

I’ve had this 16 months and take VERY good care of my things. This just too thin it can’t withstand sun or wind. I live in socal and after a rain and wind storm, this thing split/broke apart in about 12 places. It’s now in the trash and it was $80 when I purchased it!! Company itself tells me they’ve never seen this. Sadly, I don’t believe that. So buyer beware. Unless… these are cheap knock offs which then, Bromic should be on top of that. Most grill covers are made of thicker material with sometimes an inside fleece type material, and that’s what they should be using instead.

Self tapping screws were not as precise nor well capped as they should have been for a heater at this high price point. We only had one person to construct and they recommend two so it takes a good part of the day. The product is attractively designed and really does a great job otherwise, especially the amount of space it can heat with the infrared element is excellent. Recommend.

I love this heater! It seems to be more efficient and like that you can send the heat in one direction than the mushroom style heater. It is pricey, but worth it to me! I put it together alone, but it would have helped to have 2 people. I am a 60 year old woman. : )
