It's comfortable enough, although not ideal. Still, it's better than a regular pillow. It says it will keep you cool but it does not. It actually makes my back sweat sometimes when it's incredibly hot. I feel all foam pad companies claim this when it's not true. I wonder if the claimants ever test their own products. The price is high for what you're getting. It's piece of foam.

Great lumbar support! My husband say that it is very comfortable. He uses it when sitting on the couch. The only downside is that he wishes that it was a little bigger.
