I really like neck pillows like this that have a thin back section because otherwise they push my head forward too much. Since the recline on most airplanes is basically non-existent, using a wrap-around neck pillow with any kind of bulk means I'm leaning my head forward the whole time. Not good! So I want something with a thin section of foam for the back so that it squishes easily without holding my head forward, but also provides good support for my face to not flop around.And this does the job! Nice support around my ears and jaw, closes in the front without feeling like it's choking me, and soft enough that it's comfy. I used it a couple times (5'10") and then lent it to my mom (5'1") and she liked it enough that she kept it.

It’s incredibly soft. Not as puffy as I expected but should make travel with it easier(I assume) taking a 13 hour flight in a month 🤞 this neck pillow takes me to the next lvl.

I really wanted to like this travel pillow, however, everything about it is bad, it's uncomfortable, the shape of it is not awful, it doesn't even fit around the neck, it's to wide on each end and it doesn't stay in place. This is just a bad pillow. I can't believe anyone tested the comfort of this travel pillow prior to manufacturing it.
