Product advertised that personal designs can be uploaded from usb however everything we have tried did not work including customer service.

I already had two larger hoop machines but I wanted a small one to travel with. This machine is perfect. The embroidery field is only 4x4 but I knew this before buying and it was all that I wanted. I was concerned with purchasing a "refurbished" model but as it turned out, there was nothing to worry about. It was probably returned due to the small hoop size. The machine was in perfect condition and had less than 200 stitches on it. Absolutely thrilled with this machine.

I love my machine!! The only quirk I don't like is when snapping the hoop onto the machine I have trouble with it not wanting to click. It's a refurbished machine guess I can't expect perfection:)

Very happy with this machine. It was in like-new condition when it arrived (did take a long time to ship, but totally worth the money saved off a new-new one). Had all the instructions, pieces, etc. Even comes with a couple pre-wound bobbins!Bear in mind when you buy an embroidery machine, you can’t just use it straight from the box, you’ll need stabilizer, a collection of embroidery-specific thread in various colors, and cloth to embroider. So consider picking those up at the same time. But it’s helpful that it came with the bobbins! (Bobbin-weight thread is different from the decorative threads so no you can’t just wind up some white thread). I’m so glad I didn’t jump on the first machine I looked at, because this is essentially the same thing, minus a collection of licensed images the machine was themed to.
