I received the item I was really excited to try it out put oil in it cut two branches the motor made a high-pitched squeal and just froze up now nothing tried swapping batteries must be a bad motor! I've purchased a couple of these little handheld saws and this is the first one that's been a disappointment

So amazing mini chainsaw it is,light weight and powerful to cut the bush and branches ,it comes with two batteries so you don’t worry to stop cutting without power,it works safety ,not that loud noisy and smooth.I am so glad to buy this good stuff.highly recommend!

The saw came while I was gone Not much damage but the tape on the box was coming loose but some how got there with out completely coming opened. A small peace of paper was wadded up useless. the only damage was the safety glasses which were broken in 3 pieces. I checked out the saw and other supply's and all is well ! Seems to work well but have not had a opportunity to fully test it. I believe it will work well.

This cordless chainsaw is compact and lightweight. It is easy to use for my small cutting works in my backyard. It is 5 pounds and convenient to carry. Even in tight spaces, I can hold it easily to cut branches. The two 4.0Ah batteries hold a lot of power and last a long time. It came with gloves and eyeglasses in package to protect my hands and eyes. I have used it many times and it works well.

Very powerful little saw and durable. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver and operate. I absolutely love it! It works very good for cutting the little trees & bushes in our yard. It comes with a hard case, separate chains, 2 batteries, everything you could possibly need. Easy to use and battery life is good; haven't even had to charge batteries since received. Nice to have 2nd battery, definitely got yard work done at no time! Perfect size and well worth the money; would recommend!

Work great , I had few gas , corded and cordedless chain saw , this one is easiest to use and cheapest .I like so much ,I am buying a 2nd one .The batteries also fit Makita 18v tools , I have Makita 18v power tools , so it is perfect for me .YOU CAN NOT USE MAKITA CHARGER TO CHANGE IT , YOU MUST USE THE CHARGER COME WITH CHAIN SAW OR AFTERMARKET MAKITA CHARGER.

Edited review. Seller sent me a replacement total package. I asked for just the saw due to the defects below, but they quickly sent me the entire package. So realize that my 3 star review represents the value of 2 of these complete packages for the price of 1 (double everything: 2 saws--one of which is semi-functional, 8 total chainsaw bars, double the spare chains, and most beneficial is 4 batteries total). Upgrading my review from 2 stars to 3 stars to reflect the 2-for-1 value and the seller support.Immediately out of the box, the push-button oil pump does not distribute bar oil from the reservoir to the bar. I had to carry a separate small squirt bottle filled with bar oil to manually squirt direct on the bar. Disappointing because that oil reservoir distribution pump button was an "upgrade" feature in my choice to buy this model over models that require the type of manual oiling that I ended up doing anyway. I kept trying to oil by the push button every few cuts, but the reservoir was still completely full at the end of the day meaning zero oil was pumped out from the reservoir. At least it didn't leak oil, but it also didn't distribute any oil the way it should. The manual states there is an oiler tube to check for kinks to troubleshoot. But mine has no oiler tube when the sprocket cover is removed. If this supposed tube is internal to the tool, you'd have to fully disassemble the actually tool housing to access it, and you can't do that if you wanted to because the T10 torx screw heads are stripped from installation at the factory. Also, after 2 or 3 cuts, some hardware inside the motor housing came loose. There is a nut or bolt or something loudly rattling around in the motor now. Who knows what is disconnected and at any time it could short out the motor if the saw is held at the wrong angle at the wrong time. And again I can't open it to check and fix this if I wanted to because the torx screws in tool body are stripped from the factory. I was being extra careful in operation knowing that this tool is not the most robust construction. Even with extra caution being used not to push it too hard, the tool failed immediately.It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because it did operate to do the job (although it failed immediately in the process). Also, the battery life was good for the one time I was able to use the tool. The batteries lasted a few hours of intermittent cuts. The battery life LED indicators however are not accurate. I checked them frequently and they always showed 4 bars (full charge) the entire time I was working until I noticed the operating power was starting to reduce. Only at that point did the LEDs change to 1 bar and it died soon after that. It never showed 2 or 3 bars in the middle. Just 4 bars until it was almost dead and then 1 bar. The actual battery life was good, but you can't trust the LED indicators at all.Overall, I really wanted this tool to work out and exercised due caution in operating it, but it just doesn't seem that the one I got had quality construction for more than single use. I'd rather carry a reliable large manual saw that will last with due care in operation than an unreliable automatic chain saw that won't last or comes defective right out of the box.

Very powerful little saw. Cuts right through Russian olive, which is very hard wood. Good quality batteries. I made many cuts and I still have 3 bars out of four. Batteries have a power indicator, you just push a button to see power levels. I definitely recommend this. Review, I cut 30 foot tall 3 to 8 inch wide trees for an entire hour on one battery. This saw never bogged down!!
