  • Engineered to activate more grip for improved handling and outright performance, White line products are rigorously tested on the track to provide unrivalled street performance
  • Fit type: Vehicle Specific

Engineered to 'Activate More Grip', sway bars are principally designed to reduce body roll or sway. By reducing body roll, lateral loads are spread more evenly across the tires thereby increasing cornering grip and improving outright performance. This White line 20mm fixed position sway bar = more grip = better handling = outright performance - it's the best dollar for dollar handling improvement you can make to your vehicle. In fact, benefits extend to improvements in handling, safety and tire wear without affecting ride quality or comfort.

Replaced both front and rear sway bars with Whiteline in a 1999 Camry. Along with control arms and ball joints. Had done all struts and sway bar links last year. It is now 2023 but the car only has 70k on it and almost no rust. I dare say it handles like a Miata now.Compared to the front, the rear was super easy to install. I did not have to remove the exhaust at all to get it in.

This product works great on the rear of my 4th gen Toyota Camry (97-01) really eliminates body roll but doesn't effect ride quality, very happy with it.

Whiteline only listed this as fitting Toyota Camry at time I purchased; but it does in fact fit my 2000 (2000-2004) Avalon. Checking with a dealership parts guy, the rear sway bar is interchangeable for V6 Camry & Avalon. Whiteline didn’t have info on engine application; and dealership didn’t know if 4 cyl and 6 cyl were same shape in a Camry. The Avalon being a larger car than a Camry, it benefits greatly from a larger than stock size rear sway bar (AKA anti-roll bar). My OEM measured 17.7 mm in rear (17 mm front). The 2+ mm increase in size is significant! To install this, you need to lower the exhaust in rear by detaching exhaust in front of the muffler + remove the lower end of the rubber hanger - and then the bottom connection of stabilizer links. This may not be as easy as it looks. To install, the metal brackets for the sway bar bushings need to be forced to stretch around the larger bushing & bar. An extra set of hands plus a long pry bar is helpful to get the bolt threaded back in.I reused my 1 year old Moog HD “stab links” with grease zerts instead of getting the optional Whiteline adjustable stabilizer links. I didn’t want to hassle with adjustment or lose my luxury ride (with all new suspension parts).Someone posted on Toyota Nation dot com about his 2001 Avalon install of Whiteline sway bar + adjustable end links - and his trial & error adjustment of the Whiteline stabilizer links to get pre-load set correctly… NO preload! If you have an Avalon treat yourself to this upgrade! It’s money well spent to reduce body roll.

The sway bar has made a significant improvement on the handling of my 4 door sedan. It came with all the necessary parts and was easy to install once the muffler was disconnected.
