So the video on YouTube shows A torch like this getting installed and you have to remove your headset race guide on the bottom of the fork on the video. It shows it just falling off. I had to use a screwdriver and it off carefully without damaging it. And then to install it back on your new fork, you’re gonna have to find something that fits around the headset race so you can press it back onto the other fork. and then getting the headset cap nut from out of the inside of the head tube, you have to hammer it down and out through the bottom and then when you inserted into your work, you might have to burn the little prongs out so it fits snug
