I got these for my GT that has red anodized accents. The color matched good. I only used 2 of them on my stem so I have a lot of extra for other projects...

While these spacers are a thinner diameter than other ones I've used they do have internal ridges to keep them centered. In the end I don't know any reason why thinner would be a problem.If you ever decide to change your bike's riser you are almost always going to have to get new spacers. You can either go to your local bike shop and pay a buck or two and hope you get the right thickness (your bike shop isn't going to get rich selling spacers) plus burn off gas driving there. Or you can just get a set that includes every thickness you could need. Plus you'll have lots of spares so the next time you need a spacer or two you'll have them.I always throw on an adjustable riser onto a new to me bike so I can fine tune it to my liking. I have several different lengths so I can adjust how far forward the bars are as well as how high they are. Once dialed in I then order a fixed riser. Even though I swear the risers were made in the same Chinese factory they are slightly different. So having a set of spacers that include some very thin ones is great.

Not as light as carbon fiber spacers, but these do the job, particularly if you’re into red bling.

Most of the spacer sets on Amazon don't have a huge assortment of spacers and lack enough (IMO) of the super thin spacers. I'm always looking for a 2mm. This set has a lot of them. There are enough different sizes that you can really mix and match and get whatever spacing you need. Also, these are super light weight.
