This is my third Buff now. The thinner ones I use for running, eithet as a bandana or as a hat when it gets colder. I have a thicker one protecting my neck from the cold when riding my motorcycle. Have washed the Buffs many times and they keep their stretch and do not show wear. Highly recommend!

I believe this is one size fits all. Overall, I like the product, it just fits a little snug which means it's just a little uncomfortable and harder to use in other configurations. I've used other buffs that have just a little more give (but that's perhaps because I had been using them for awhile). I'm sure this will become more comfortable over time. If so, I will update my review.
