The circumference of this pin is too big to fit in my Buffet Crampon Prodige clarinet. I'll have to keep using the toothpick until I can get it in for a repair.

Fits snugly, without the use of adhesives or anything else. Make sure all debris is out of the hole before you attempt to insert the pin.
