First when you take it out of the package the odor is VERY strong. That lasted for a week.Second I found 2 ticks on my dog. One of the ticks was found right next to the collar.

Love it! Live in the country so lots of tips and fleas so far so goodFor this company being so into natural things, to help mother earth I’m surprised they don’t have refill pods. To have to throw one of these plastic pieces in the landfill does not work for me.I guess I’ll try spraying eucalyptus oil on her when this one stops working. Well I love it. I won’t buy another one because they’re not good for mother earth… Landfill.

Tried this, hoping for a natural insect repellant for my dog -it made her very sick! It took a couple of days for me to figure out what was causing her such discomfort - retching, vomiting, groaning, lethargic, refusing to eat! Within a day after taking it off her collar - she’s feeling so much better! Buyers beware! Wanted to give zero stars!!

Not a good fit for smaller cat collars. Too wide and just doesn’t secure well. It’s uncomfortable for my cat, she keeps scratching. it’s too big for my big orange tabby. I’ll have to go back to her natural flea and tick collar, and had to purchase a separate AirTag holder. This may be a better product for medium to larger dogs.
