I love going for long walks, but it’s been so hot. I ordered this hat but it’s just a floppy hat, nothing special. It doesn’t stay cool, it dries within minutes. I’ve been taking the hat, wet it, wring it out and put it in a zip lock bag and put in my freezer.

For my ladies or gents with big domes like myself it's a must buy! So comfy roomy and great coverage I used it at the sick world festival and did not get sunburned at all I give it 👍

Got the bigger size because I have thicker curly hair but this was too large. It's a nice hat though very light and the pink is cute.

If you want a bucket hat, this one may work for you. It didn't work for us because the brim comes down so far that it interferes with our vision, not to mention that the hat is so large that it comes down over my ears (and my husband's ears, too) so... They weren't good hats for us. But like I said, if you want that style of hat, it may work for you.

Last trip to the beach, my son found out he needs to start wearing a hat. This hat was the perfect fit and is very comfortable!It is made of 100% Polyester Mesh which absorbs water! And it comes with that cool technology where you wet it, wring it, snap it and it cools your head!It also has a BuiltCool mesh vent around the back half of the bucket cap with 5 bar tacks to hold the flap down. There’s even a mesh sweatband on the inside. And the best feature is the bungee and cord lock for a fully adjustable wear.

This is a great hat! I wish I was wearing it to go camping and kayaking, but I actually wanted it for working in my garden. I was so happy to see that the hat is available in different sizes instead of being a one-size-fits-most that usually doesn't give a perfect fit. I wear a size 6 3/4 in hats (size S) and I often have a hard time finding hats that aren't too big, but I ordered the size Small/Medium and it fits perfectly. I chose the millennial pink and it is a darker pink than I expected -- kind of pepto-bismol pink but not obnoxiously bright (I like it). The hat is light-weight and very soft. The brim is wide enough to provide good protection against the sun without getting into floppy sunhat territory. The crown is double layered and the two layers are only attached around the circumference to allow independent movement and facilitate air flow and cooling + wick moisture. The brim is thicker with a mesh layer on the under-side. I hadn't heard of the this brand or the BuiltCool fabric finish before, but it really does facilitate evaporation and cooling. Just soak, wring, snap & wear (repeat as needed). The hat is very well made -- the stitches are small and even and all of the seams are neatly sewn and beautifully finished. There are no raw edges, loose threads or irregular stitches. I like this hat a lot. The current price of $19.99 is very reasonable and I will definitely have to get one for my husband, too.
