The quality of the hat looked pretty good and the shipping time was about 1 week. No complaints on that part however it was shipped in a bag and arrived smashed an creased to the point that it was unwearable. I tried steam to get it back into shape without any luck. Waste of money if you can't wear it.

It is incredibly easy to get in touch with the seller and receive a quick response. Also, the processing and shipping time for the finished cap is much quicker than the initial arrival date. The imprint of the logo requested is very accurate.
