I love this thing! It's so easy to use and built strong. When making the patties please use the parchment paper. The patties will get stuck and you'll have to start over. Because it's so well made it's easy to clean.

This makes great smaller burger patties. Except, it is easy to put too much muscle into it and make a tough patty by pressing too hard. Just press slightly and it will work perfectly.Papers are necessary to keep it from sticking, I feel I must say.
