The advertising for this item clearly says, “Shoe Size Measuring Devices For Kids”. But the pictures they show are not the same as what you get when you order one. The product description also says, “The shoe measurement device for kids and adults is lightweight and super portable…”. The images suggest that this can measure up to size US 12. But that is not the case.This is purely a child foot measuring device. It only can measure up to size Big-Kids 5. The devices themselves are cheap and thin plastic. The slide for making the measurement is so loose it could easily be moved when measuring, making it harder to get and accurate reading. This also seems like the hard brittle type of plastic that could crack or break fairly easily.Since I have five small grandchildren, this will come in handy. It is inexpensive, and you do get two of them. So, it’s not like you would be spending a lot to get these. But I was not happy when my units did not have the same measuring numbers as did the ones in the advertisement.

My wife and I often struggle over our daughter's foot size. It's hard to order online shoes not really knowing how to accurately measure our daughter's foot. Then we came across this product by BURLINGHAM. You simply align the child's heel to the bottom and let the sliding part hit the tip of your child's toe. It will accurately tell you what size your child's foot is. We discovered our child's foot is actually 6.5 !! Highly recommend for any household with a growing child.

These are plastic and feel a bit flimsy but they get your kids shoe size quick and easy.I assumed the purpose of two was a right and left but they curve a bit the same way, it's not a big deal but not really a need for two... maybe because they are kind of flimsy??When ordered they were listed at $12.99, a bit high for the quality - I don't know if I'd buy it for that much in person, maybe around the $7ish mark.All and all they do serve their purpose and let you get kids growing feet size quick and easy.

I've got a 4 year old and this makes it extremely easy to measure her feet. Some complaints about how the plastic indicator slides to easily but I actually find this more convenient, as it helps to get a more accurate reading. I'm not trying to measure down to the centimeter. I'd end up with a shoe too tight, and especially in a few months because their feet grow so fast. The free moving plastic indicator allows me to measure my daughters foot while she's standing in her natural form and it gives a nice loose measure, rather than one that is smooshed against her big toe.Just an easy process. Don't really need anymore than this. Two at this price is great, in case one does break.

This is genius!! I do most of my shopping online and this has made it so much easier to buy shoes in the correct size. These are thin so I can just slip them in my bag for in person shopping. The material is sturdy and solid and the measurements are visible, straightforward and accurate. Finding the correct size is simple and easy to do, just slide the marker and find the size!!

The shoes size measuring device is made of thin plastic feels cheap to me. But the measurements are accurate. Because I’m big kid size 4 and it measures exactly size 4. And it’s clear to read. But I don’t like how the measure part is so loose it wouldn’t just stay. Because little kids like my son he wouldn’t stand up and let me measure his foot. So I need to measure his foot when he is sitting down. So if I didn’t read the measurement right away and the part just falls down to zero. That’s not so convenient.

The BURLINGHAM'S Shoe Size Measuring Devices For Kids is a handy thing to have in this day and age when shoe are ordered online or purchased in self serve stores. The photos in the product listing do the kid's device a disservice. The US size scale now extends to US Big Kids 5. Several reviewers have already posted the correct image for the product being shipped. This may not be the most accurate of devices for measuring a foot but it is more accurate and convenient than trying to figure out shoe sizes with an ordinary ruler.
