This is gross negligence on Amazon's part. I've alerted them of the problem and their response was "it will take 5-7 days for us to correct this" let's see if they even do. I won't hold my breath.I hope you do not purchase this needing a 1/0 terminal. If you do purchase this "1/0" terminal because that's the size of the cable you're working with: YOU'RE GONNA HAVE A BAD TIME.I'm very skeptical of things that are sold by Amazon, at this point, and not just fulfilled. When going to request return, I wrote up the reason then went to check "return" ... It wasn't an available option. Only replacement. The sealed bag with mfg sticker says 1/0, yet the terminal is 3 gauge. This is not a problem that would magically resolve itself by me taking more of my time to pack up and ship back, then wait for another incorrectly specified terminal. So I had to write to Amazon customer service, and do their job for them. Still, it'll take them 5-7 days after two explanations that "no, just refunding my money would not resolve the underlying issue" for them to possibly demonstrate that they comprehend the problem with poorly listed items. This is what happens when algorithms populate online stores with products to resell, and automates the population of item specifications to their site from unchecked sources. This is what happens when those algorithms and little 'bits' of code are left unsupervised.Tip: Amazon, start giving a damn about your customers and vet your products and services before passing the buck. And When you mess that up, fix it. Right away. We pay you, you don't pay us. If you want our money, then be sure not to waste our time we should and would otherwise be doing what we need to do; doing your job for you.It couldn't be any simpler.
