If they feel a little too snug in some holes (maybe do to the clear coat), reem it out lightly with a 3/8 drill bit, and it will be perfect. I used with Gotoh Vintage Oval Knob Tuners Nickel (6-in-a-line)

Sorry that the review is 5 months later than my purchase but better late than never. I had bought them for a guitar I was going to put together after I had gathered all of the parts. I needed 10mm to .250” conversion bushings to fit vintage style Klusons to a new tele neck. When I went to use them a few days ago I found that they are completely useless. Out of 6 bushings not a single one was in spec as advertised. Instead of being 10mm, or 10.2mm actually as they are supposed to be for a 10mm hole, all 6 were between 9.9mm and 9.6mm. Internal diameter should be 6.35mm, or just a hair over .250”. Again they are extremely inconsistent and all are oversized instead of being undersized as the outer diameter is. Overall completely worthless and unusable. Not sure what happened here but I do not believe these are actual Kluson bushings at all. Between the huge inconsistencies in size and how the castings are I believe these to just be random Chinese junk being sold as a premium brand.

So, I’ve bought these before from the same seller and they were a perfect fit. This time I got 3 1/4in and 3 6mm versions. I’m going to contact Kluson.

Went in easily. Perfect fit. Cleanedout hole in neck of extra goop and them pressed right in by hand.

Used these to make my vintage style Gotoh tuners fit in my MIM fender telecaster. I tried others too but these looks the cleanest,best. Others had too big of a lip that made the tuners looks bulkier which I didn’t like so these worked perfect for a vintage vibe on a modern guitar. Had to put just a tiny bit of plumbers tape to make them fit nice and tight.

These worked exactly as advertised for the Kluson 6-in-line vintage style tuning machines. Keep in mind, these are something like 10 mm wide, so you may have to drill in your guitar in order to fit them. I reluctantly did this to my guitar, and the bushing and tuning machines fitted perfectly without issue. I'm not super experienced with drilling, but I managed to get the job done given the tools I had, but be sure to measure. Screw up your guitar and you could really put yourself in a bad position, so approach drilling with caution.
