I measured correctly but this was a little large for my SIghtmark shotgun scope. A piece of electrical tape made it fit. Other than that I'm pleased with no more dirt going to get on my lens.

I got this for a rifle mounted light, just put it in really hot water and press it on to the light, it's on there for good, and now I don't have to worry about a flashlight "ND" or having a shiny reflector on the front of my rifle all of the time.

The construction and material of the flip-up lens covers feel very good. I use these flip-ups to protect the front lenses on my Leica Ultravid 10x25BR binoculars. They have a snug fit and need to be pressed on with some care, but once in place they sit perfectly. When applying them to the binocs do only hold the barrel on which you are pressing on the lens cover to avoid possibly damaging the barrel alignment. Press gently but firmly against a flat surface so that the lens cover is put on straight. As no glue or similar is used the lens covers can be removed again if one wishes it.The flip-ups have greatly improved the usefulness and flexibility of these pocket-sized binoculars. The lenses are now well protected and I can have them in my bag or pocket without additional cover making them ready to be used in an instant.I have also attached flip-ups from the same brand, but a larger model, on my old Zeiss 7x42 Dialyt (Classic). Here I needed to grind off some of the material inside the ring of the flip-up lens cover to get it wide enough to fit on the binoculars. They work perfectly also on the Zeiss, but the bigger model does, of some reason (maybe a slight change in geometry due to my grinding), not stay closed as strongly as the smaller ones on my Leica causing them to occasionally flip up unwantedly.

スコープの外径サイズ（実測）をキッチリ測って置いたので問題なく取り付けが出来ました。蓋も軽く開閉しました（他に２個購入も同様に）。＜参考＞他店で安価な対セット品を４セット購入しましたが、蓋の開閉が固くて使い物になりませんでした。・・・ルーターで蓋を削って、どうにかＯＫになりましたが、大変な作業でした。
