This is a nicely made lens cap. The installation was easy. The tactical feel of the product was good. Unfortunately my scope has a pronounced brow that was too long for the sleeve of the cap.

This is not a fake Butler Creek flip caps, let me please start by saying that. I've tried several times to find a cap for my Burris scope and I just installed perfection with this specific one. If you user the correct measuring tool and take the time to properly gauge it, you'll figure it out hopefully. I highly recommend this specific one for large scopes but MEASURE yours before you gripe.

These new covers don't really have vortex compatible chart. My scope only shows a 38 fitting, with a bit of stretching this one fit... but just. Scope is a vortex Venom 5-25x56. Vortex said it's 64mm and this is supposed to fit up to 65, but I don't see how it'll go on anything larger... it barely fit the 64mm size. The plastic is hard and not rubbery like Arken's. Feels cheap and doesnt snap closed easily.Also: Update Eye cover broke after 1 use, will never buy this brand again

The cover has a rather large hinge, so if you have a scope with an adjustable objective on the forend, the scope would need to be mounted a bit higher than you'd think for you to be able to rotate it around. All in all however it has a positive snap closed and pops open easily enough.Rubber that goes over the scope is a bit softer and more rubbery than older butler creek scope caps. Hopefully it doesn't loosen up over time.

The "interchangeable cover" is junk. When you press to close it, it simply pops out to the plastic retaining ringing falls to the ground. DO NOT BUY!!!
