Surprised that these shoes not getting more attention. Everyone is obsessed with only Scarpa or La Sportiva but I find these shoes be amazing. I have bad experiences with some Scarpa and La sportiva I tried. They all been extremely uncomfortable....But Butora gomi feels super comfortable. My toes are not in pain while the tip and heel feels super tight but still comfortable.I had issue that Scarpa been smashing my big toe while I had gap in my heel. I don't know but if you having problems to find a comfortable shoe then try this one.I'm able to spend hours climbing in boulder gym while not dying in toes pain.You can even walk in these between each boulder without dying in pain lol. So far I love them.The material feels great and well made. On their website butora says to buy your regular street size or go 1 down but I had to go size up.My street shoe is usually women US 9 and I bought butora women US 10. It's weird but they fit me great. I tried 9,5 and my toes felt a bit in pain that way. I recommend to go to store and just try which one fits you without worrying what number it says. I'm very happy with these shoes.I watched the video that Butora promotes about these shoes and they are made for bouldering. :)

Great shoe, super comphy once they were broken in. Ordered them in my street size and it took a few weeks to stretch the heel rand. Bought a shoe horn to make it a bit easier but after a few weeks they go on snug, feel great to hook in, and can wear for multiple climbs without needing to take them off. Will be looking to keep an extra pair in case.

These shoes are great for the widest of feet. Since I live in FL I have only a climbing gym to use these wonderful shoes, so this is not a review for outdoor climbing.I am a 5.11/+ climber so precision is necessary and I have always had trouble finding a good aggressive shoe for my 4E wide feet. These have to be the most comfortable (meaning they don't cramp my arches mid climb) precise shoe I have found. I bought Butora acro for wide feet, but never could do a good heal hook since they had a slight pocket no matter what size I tried. After a demo for the gomi at my gym I immediately noticed the difference in my climbing being able to utilize my heal once again. I tried a pair a 1/2 size on either size of my street size, and found the street size worked perfect. They are very sticky on the smallest smudges and extremely precise when hooking or toeing. They are not as stiff or hold the last as long as the acro, but the precision and stickiness make up for that even after having climbed in them for 8 months.Unless someone comes out with a better shoe for wide feet I will make these my go to from here on out.

The shoes are great - they are exactly as you expect. If you're considering buying this shoe, then you probably have done your research and know what to expect/know what you are looking for.This review isn't really about the shoe, this review is about the customer service.Let's be real. Sizing charts can be nightmares. Conversions between men/women/EU/random custom measurement are the bane of my existence. I placed an order for what I thought was my correct size, but was off by one. When I got my shoes, and it wasn't what I expected, I emailed the seller.Chris personally gave me a call, and we figured out that I was the silly goose that selected the wrong size during the checkout. Despite my mistake, he provided customer service above and beyond what I expected. An exchange was sent that day.In this day and age, anyone and everyone can offer products -- what really sets companies apart is their customer service. Chris was really awesome, and I'm happy to spend my money here.Cheers.
