The wood blade is decent. After some use, the forehand rubber can be removed and upgraded with a better rubber (DHS hurrican 3, 729 battle II or Yihe moon pro) .

This is a review of the product AND the company that sold it to me. I'm not a beginner table tennis player, but I wanted to see how I'd do with a pips-out paddle, so figured I'd try this one. The paddle is exactly as advertised, and gave me the information I needed to make the decision to buy a more expensive paddle from the same company. I bought that paddle, and have been enjoying it ever since.I'm not going to provide any real details here, because I'm not sure how much the seller would want me to divulge, but let me summarize like this: Without any pressure from me, they identified something they thought they had hadn't done adequately in fulfilling my order. They then took it upon themselves to rectify the shortcoming they had identified, and they did so wonderfully and generously!Mind you, I myself had not identified anything wrong either with their product or their service. They did this themselves! They even included a nice, handwritten note whose last line was: "Please let me know if I you have any other pig pong needs." Well, I certainly will!Great seller! And they've made a lifelong customer of me! It would be a wonderful thing if there were more sellers like this one. I can't recommend them highly enough!I should also add that the more expensive product of theirs that I bought is this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BTTDDWX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_detailsIt's currently out of stock, so I was fortunate to be able to get it! It's a REALLY good paddle, and I'm going to estimate that it's improved my game by 10-20 percent, due to the increased control I have over various aspects of my game. If you're interested in exploring pips-out as a means to improve your game, then I would suggest contacting this company, and they can probably assemble one for you. Here's a link to their amazon page: https://www.amazon.com/stores/Butterfly/page/57D510C7-A447-424F-B15D-519F3AF574E8?ref_=ast_blnLastly, I can't say enough good things about this seller and their commitment to customer service and to ensuring that you have a good experience with them. My experience with them was GREAT!

I bought it for my son. He likes it very much. It's a little expensive. There's only one racket, but the most important thing is that he's happy

The bat is okay with one side plain rubber surface and the other side pips out. But, the speed and power is less than expected.

This racket is fantastic for the price. Great build quality, nice case. The black side (pips in) is REALLY sticky and provides great spin, especially for serves. The red side (pips out) I prefer when I am returning. It does a good job of absorbing/cancelling much of your opponent's spin. It's also surprising fast and "springy." Takes some getting used to, but I really like it now.The grip is comfortable and smooth with no sharply angled edges. The accompanying case is a nice bonus to keep the racket clean and protected.Overall, the quality is much higher than I expected for the price, and it has improved my game substantially over the cheap, worn paddles my employer supplies in the rec room.

As an avid recreational table tennis player, I am very happy I purchased this paddle. Considering paddles in this price range, I found this was the best looking paddle in terms of specifications and appearance. I am a penhold player, who often switches between Japanese and Chinese holds, but I really like how comfortable this paddle is in all aspects. One of the biggest deciding factors for buying this paddle was the fact that it came with both pips in and pips out rubbers. I have never played pip out before, but was very pleased to have the option (my style of playing only uses one side of the paddle). The quality of the rubber is adequate, and the wood is assembled acceptably. After about a month of using it, I dropped it and it landed square on the bottom of the handle. This caused the handle to split where the softer portion of the handle fell off. However, a little wood glue put it right back on without a problem.Considering the cost and quality, I give it 5 stars. Not the best, but not expensive and I would have no problem buying another one after it is worn out.Additionally, the case is very nice, though it does not cover the handle, oddly.

This bat is solidly built for the price. I've been using cheap discount-store paddles for recreation but wanted to take my game to the next level. This paddle will take me there! It exposed flaws in my game, but I was able to recognize them and use the 303 to improve. I found that it is very sensitive to your opponent's spin, and it took some getting used to. I've begun to pay more attention to what my opponent is doing than I did at the recreation level, and I've even begun to follow the ball enough so that I see its spin as it is striking my paddle. I'm a penhold player, and my serves have become nasty. The things I tried to do with the cheap paddles but never could achieve are possible with the 303. Very much recommended for the player looking to improve to the competitive level.
