  • No. We place our charms near the rim and drink out of the other side, but you can position the charms anywhere you like on the glass and it won't harm the beverage or the magnet.

  • Yes, it works best if there is a little slope to the foot and not completely flat. The magnets are only 1/4" thick so a slight amount of slope will work.

  • No. We have used them on our thin Reidel glasses and our Waterford Crystal glasses without any damage. Use care when placing the charm on the glass, hold each magnet tightly until they meet on the glass.

  • We highly recommend putting the charms back on the card stock and in the package. This keeps 2 magnets from forming an extra tight bond and being hard to separate.

I'm a friend of Bills and these are a must have for my glasses so I don't accidentally drink out of the wrong glass at my daughters upcoming wedding. This is a sweet discreet way for me to easily see that my butterfly glass means there's no alcohol in it instead of just flat out using a glass that sticks out like a sore thumb because it's Totally different.

Magnet so powerful it broke my stemless Riedel glass. Only use on thick glass, like a beer mug. Hard to pull magnet apart.

Excellent! Look great, super strong and great conversation pieces and gifts. I was concerned about using them on my crystal but they have been just fine.
