The good? It’s very comfy. When opened, both the top and bottom sides were luxurious in texture and I was really happy with this. The bad? I’ve owned it 6 weeks and just spent thirty minutes de-pilling the bottom side. At first it got a few pills on the fabric near my feet and I assumed I just had some dry skin that was catching. I upped my moisturizer and assumed that was that, but after looking at it weeks later, the entire bottom two thirds was all pills. Additionally, seven of the stitched seams have now come undone. I’ve had $20 blankets last years, and at this point I’ll be tossing this after two months of owning it. Definitely not worth the price.

This is the softest comforter I've ever had! It's like butter. So far have washed once and it washed nicely. Love it!

This is the softest comforter I’ve ever had! Both sides are really soft. I love this color, “shadow”. I wasn’t sure if it would be gray or sage going by the color name. It is definitely a lighter sage green, which is exactly what I wanted. I gave it 4 stars only because it is definitely not “fluffy” as pictured. It is more flat, and I expected it to fluff up between the squares. That being said, it is very comfortable. I have washed it and dried on a low temp setting and it washed great…however that did not fluff it up. I also love that it is oversized. Overall I am very happy with it, I just wish it was fluffy as pictured.

I have not washed the comforter yet, which looks like it may be difficult. The first night I used it I was 2 hours late for work…I slept like a baby it is so soft, it’s so lightweight and my cats love it too

This item is SO incredibly soft, it feels like i'm sleeping in a cloud. The inside of the comforter is even softer than the faux fir which surprised me. (also does not shed) I think the only reason someone would rate this low is if they didn't wash it correctly. I just washed it on a delicate cold cycle (don't put detergent directly on the material) and air dried it with no heat. Turned out perfect and i'm very pleased with the purchase : )

So soft. Oversized so no need to hog from my husband. Love the color and warm but not super heavy and doesn’t make me sweat! Will be purchasing again!

The only reason I didn’t add 5 stars is because it did not come with the pillow shams already. You have to purchase them separately and they are a bit pricey for each. Yes, you have to purchase each sham individually. And they haven’t been available for quite some time. Otherwise they would have gotten the perfect review!
