Step 1: Locate the broken or failing line.
Step 2: Remove the AC line.
Step 3: Replace the o-ring.
Step 4: Install the new line.Begin with one end and place it into the fitting.
Step 5: Use zipper ties to tie and wrapped the AC Hoses. Take a moment to double check your work at last.

Just got done doing Rear EVAP and Valve and Found Lines Leaking After Repairs. Didn’t want to Spend the $1,000 for OEM. Took the Risk going 1 Month Strong No Leaks. Only thing I have to say is Drop the Exhaust it Makes it Easier for install and I Don’t think A/C is as Cold as it Should be Thinking Possibly with these lines being bigger it may require more Refrigeration. Would be nice if they have a Spec on how much more to add. For the Money 💰 Worth it!

Replaced the rear climate control lines on a 2014 dodge caravan. A little bit of a pain to route but worked for the most part. AC still blows nice and cold.
