I had never seen a reasonably priced meatball maker before, so I was unsure how well it would work. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how much faster it made preparing meatballs. The tool is made from heavy-duty stainless steel and is easy to use. When I tried it, it effectively divided the meat into portions suitable for meatballs. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the appearance of the meatballs. They didn't come out looking like the perfect spheres displayed on Amazon; instead, they ended up somewhat cubed. I had to reshape many by hand, but using the tool did save me time by eliminating the need to section off each ball individually.

This meatball maker is so great!! I just got a chance to use it. I have to say I was in a hurry, so I packed the meat troughs and started scooping! This makes this job so much easier! I always struggle with getting my meatballs the same size so that they cook the same. Well, this will really help. Mine don't look very even, but I was in a hurry and didn't take my time to do it right. I can see that when I really try, this will be a breeze and so much faster!!!I filled the meat trough and then decided what size I wanted the meatballs. The scoops are individualized, so they fit over each trough. If you do it correctly, each meatball will be cut out with each scoop. I overfilled my meat troughs so I had to do a bit more work, but I can see that this will work great!Easy to use, easy to clean, although I stuck mine in the dishwasher. Light, and easy to store, or take on the go!
