It took me quite a while to figure out the correct way to wind the cord in the box. First I had to figure how to open the box. It is a handy little container and works great once you figure it out. It took me a few tries. It is very easy. It would have been so much easier with a simple picture. There is a drawing that didn’t help me much! But I do love it!

I would have appreciated instructions showing how to insert the cord into the case. It was not just put the cord in and turn the dial. Once inside the case, I was not able to lengthen the cord without opening the case. The cord will stay at desired length to it is good for keeping desk tops, etc. clear of cord tangle. Convenient neat way to transport cords. Durable plastic case.
